McMartin Realty Opens Door for Arts & Crafts

Not all the artists at Sacramento's 2nd Saturday event are in galleries. McMartin Realty is opening up their parking lot to artists and crafters again this year. The big news is they'll also be adding the adjoining parking lot, creating more than twice as much space for vendors to exhibit their work. This is a great opportunity for people who are new to the Sacramento art world.

McMartin volunteers, led by realtor Rob McQuade, always put on a good show, with music and dancing and hundreds of visitors every month. Join them on March 13 to hear -- you guessed it -- Bagpipes! The City of Sacramento Pipe Band (http://www.thecspb.org/) will be kicking off the event. The City of Sacramento Pipe Band has been competing successfully for over 19 years, taking awards from virtually every competition it attended. The Pipe Major and Music Director for the Band is Liz Tubbs. The Drum Sergeant is Molly Steuber.

Following the CSPB is Vesuvius, another band from the greater Sacramento area. They play a blend of Blues/Metal with a heavy sound all their own.

Join us 6-10pm at PARK YOUR ART! McMartin Realty parking lot, 21st & K in Midtown.

Park Your Art is a big hit with attendees.
